CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. You can contact us on +91 97243  11777 or mail us on thehandsoul@gmail.com for order cancellation.
  2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

**RETURN POLICY (For orders shipped within INDIA)**

1. If you receive a product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please email us at thehandsoul@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.

2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.

3. If the customer receives a damaged item, they can raise a return request from the Returns Center and email us an UNPACKING Video at thehandsoul@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the parcel. After analyzing the reason for return, if satisfied, Handsoul will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick-up may not be available in selected pin codes). For such returns, we offer two options:

  • Store Credit: We add an amount equal to the product value to your 'Hand Soul' Account, which you can use during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
  • Exchange: We exchange the product for another of equal value. However, the customer must bear all courier charges for exchange, return, pick up, or redelivery of the item.

4. In case, due to certain circumstances, after raising the return request within 48 hours, you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame, no refund will be made. Only a credit note will be given.

5. When returning the product to the courier, it is mandatory to obtain a receipt (physical or through message). In case of a lost shipment, we will require proof of return from you.

6. Refund will be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back at our warehouse in Surat.

7. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including but not limited to: BOPP bags, tags attached to garments (tags should be attached to the product in its original condition, if tags are unattached or cut from the product in any means, the return or exchange will not be accepted), boxes or tamper-proof bags, and all other items received by the customer. Any item/items that have been damaged, soiled, altered, or not in its original condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

8. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook/Instagram chat, WhatsApp chat, or phone call.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India on orders below Rs 5,000/-. Please note that COD is not available for custom orders.

10. It usually takes 4-5 working days to dispatch your product. Customized orders can take an additional 3-5 working days.

11. Custom orders are not eligible for Return.

SHIPPING POLICY (For International Orders - USA, UK, Canada, etc)


1. Once the order is placed, it takes 3 to 5 working days to dispatch after placing the order.

2. If customization is added it will take more 4 to 5 working days to dispatch.

3. International shipping rates vary by country and by product weight. Please add items to your cart to see shipping charges.

4. So, the estimated time would be 15 to 20 working days for the order to get delivered. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

5. Custom and Import duty is the responsibility of the customer. (Customer duty has to be paid within 2 days after the shipment arrives at your location/country.)

6. These timelines may be affected due to current situations.


RETURN POLICY (For International Orders - USA, UK, Canada, etc)


1. If unfortunately you wish to cancel the order, please do it before your order gets shipped.

2. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt with Order Number on thehandsoul@gmail.com.

3. The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our store in Surat.

4. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer.

5. Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .

6. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. 5% of PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.

7. Refund will be processed in the form of Refund or Store credit (after deducting shipping charges), Store credit can be used for future purchases on our store

8. Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled or Return.
